Sermar Machines s.r.l. was created in 1992, developing as a result of the specialisation of the original activity of Sermar S.d.f., initially founded in 1981.

Over the years, the company has required a vast experience in the field of continuous forms with the production of collators, in the field of labels with the production of unwinders with tension control and converters, and finally in EDP centres and finishing sectors with the production of servers as unwinder and Bi-winder (first server to made both functions of unwind and rewind in one machine) tension-free, and to conclude with rotary electronic sheeters and fan-fold folders.
