Sermar Machines produces pack to pack collator and collator for continuous forms paper taped with multiflex or Cobeflex. The collator can be pack to pack or in reel or roll, and can be used a roll servent like an unwinder or a rewinder to treat the material in automatic mode (automation). In the exit of the line we can put on line a rewinder or a Bi-winder, a sheeter or cutter or guillotine or otherwise putting a fan fold folder with zig zag folder able to fold with pin feed or pin less paper or labels. Sermar can do a complete personalization of the continuous form paper or sheets with Hp Ipas 425i and Lexmark Mustang ink jet systems, able to print variable data like mailing, coding, gaming, numbering addressing, imaging and bar codes like Datamatrix and Qr codes. Those systems can works also in mail office and in packaging, food and medical sectors using Hp 45A and Lexmark Mustang ink cartridges with manifold applications. |
